HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a link to track your order.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
Unfortunately, once the order has been placed and it starts processing, we are unable to make changes or cancel an order. If you changed your mind, you can return your purchase by contacting us at customerservice@bareMinerals.co.uk
HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT THAT WAS NOT PURCHASED AT BAREMINERALS.CO.UK?
Only items purchased at the bareMinerals.co.uk website will be considered for a refund or replacement. We cannot accept any products purchased through an alternative retailer.
If you made your purchase through a partnered retail location, such as an airport, retailer website or department store, then any return will need to be made in accordance with the returns/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us.
If you purchased your products on the bareMinerals.co.uk website, you must return them in accordance with the procedure outlined here and not directly to a partnered retail location.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
We currently do not ship orders to locations outside of the UK.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you receive products from bareminerals.co.uk that do not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return an item within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is still in its original condition. Please note, we are unable to offer exchanges.
When returning a set or kit, we require all contents from the original set or kit in a saleable condition. Partial items from a set or kit will not be refunded. Empty containers will also not be accepted for refund. Please allow up to 10-15 business days from the date of the return shipment to receive your refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns. When sending us your item/s, please keep a ‘proof of posting’ as we cannot accept liability for missing returns. We regret that we cannot make exchanges at this time.
Items purchased on bareMinerals.co.uk cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell BareMinerals Cosmetics.

OUR PRODUCTS
DOES BARE MINERALS TEST ON ANIMALS?
bareMinerals does not test on animals nor do we ask others to test on our behalf. We also do not work with any manufacturers that conduct animal testing.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN ANIMAL INGREDIENTS?
We are continually evaluating alternatives to animal-derived ingredients and have replaced many ingredients with vegetable derived substitutes. We do use animal bi-products, such as lanolin and beeswax, in some of our products. For a complete list of ingredients for a product, please click on the ingredients tab on the product's detail page.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN?
We take the safety of our products very seriously and are confident about the safety of the ingredients we use in our products. However, we recommend that you consult your physician to determine whether a product you are currently using is safe for you during pregnancy.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE?
Many of our products do not contain ingredients derived from barley, oats, rye, spelt or wheat, which are commonly known sources of gluten. However, due to the wide range of raw materials and equipment used during the manufacturing of our products, we cannot confirm that our products are free from any traces of gluten. If you have specific questions or concerns regarding gluten, and the ingredients contained in our formulas, we recommend that you consult your physician.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN PARABENS?
Some BareMinerals products do contain Parabens. Parabens are preservatives and have been commonly used in consumer products for many years. Paraben use in cosmetics is fully permitted by regulatory authorities in Japan, Asia, the US and Europe. Preservatives, including Parabens, are necessary in cosmetics to prevent product deterioration. They play an essential role in ensuring the quality of cosmetic products and the safety of the consumers who use them.

DO BAREMINERALS PRODUCTS CONTAIN PFAS?
bareMinerals products do not contain intentionally added PFAS, including PFTE.

SUBSCRIPTION FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. What is Subscription?
Subscription is a service where you can set up automatic shipments of select bareMinerals products at your preferred frequency with 10% off each order and free shipping. The price of each Subscription order will depend on the products you choose for that order and the details of your current order can be viewed in the My Account tab.
2. What is the advantage to Subscription?
With Subscription, you'll never be without your favorite bareMinerals products. You'll also receive 10% off and complimentary shipping on all Subscription orders.
3. How will I know about my upcoming Subscription order?
You will receive an email confirming your upcoming Subscription order 10 days in advance of the delivery date. You can update the frequency or cancel an upcoming order from your reminder email.
4. Can I edit, cancel, or change the frequency of my upcoming Subscription cycle?
Yes. To manage your Subscription order(s) at any time, sign into your account and go to Subscriptions in the My Account tab. You can cancel or edit the quantity and frequency of your Subscription cycle up to 24 hours before your next order. Your next scheduled replenishment order date will display in this section as well. Your subscription will automatically renew and continue until you cancel it. You can permanently cancel your Subscription in the My Account tab as well.
5. Can I enroll in multiple subscriptions to receive an additional discount?
We currently offer 10% off each order and free shipping on your Subscription(s). There is no limit to how many subscriptions you can have to receive your 10% discount. If you want to take advantage of additional promotions and offers, we recommend placing a separate order. Such additional promotions and offers cannot be combined with the 10% discount you receive under your Subscription.
6. Who do I contact if I experience issues placing or managing my Subscription order(s)?
You can manage your account by signing in and going to Subscriptions in the My Account tab or by contacting bareMinerals Customer Care team at customerservice@bareminerals.co.uk
7. Is Subscription available on all products?
We offer Subscription on select products only. You can see if an item is available for Subscription on its product page.
8. Will I be charged for shipping on my Subscription order?
All Subscription orders include complimentary standard delivery. If you would like to receive an order with priority shipping, we recommend placing a separate order. Please be aware that such separate order with priority shipping will not be your Subscription order and will not benefit from the 10% off. 9. What forms of payment can be used for my Subscription order?
You can pay with any valid credit card. Please note, Afterpay is not an acceptable form of payment on replenishment orders.
10. Can I change my method of payment for my Subscription cycle?
You can change, add or update your valid credit card information for an upcoming Subscription order from within My Account.
11. Can I edit the shipping address for an upcoming Subscription order?
Subscription orders are shipped to the default billing and shipping addresses. You can edit this information up to 24 hours in advance of your next order by logging into My Account.
12. Who will be fulfilling my Subscription order?
Your Auto-Delivery order will be fulfilled by Orveon Global Ltd (on behalf of the Orveon Group), which is registered in England & Wales with company number 13618162 (and VAT registration no: [392 7904 58]) and whose registered office is at c/o Trustmoore (UK) Ltd, Central House 20 Central Avenue, St Andrews Business Park Norwich, United Kingdom NR7 0HR.
